Stephens' Carpet and Country Blessed was founded in 1968 by Chester Stephens as a fresh achievement. With such positive response, Stephens' Carpet quickly began to expand over the years. In 1977, Steve Tucker, son-in-law to Chester, bought the business. Stephens' Carpet and Country Blessed Antiques has been and continues to be entirely family-owned and operated right here in Shelbyville, IN.
